What if I don't have an account yet?+
Select "Sign up" and use the email your surgical team has on file. Your program unlocks automatically based on your procedure.
Do I have to finish before my surgery date?+
Yes. Your program is required by your surgical team and needs to be completed before your scheduled procedure date.
Can I use my phone or tablet?+
Yes. The portal works on any phone, tablet, or computer, and your progress saves automatically as you go.
My progress didn't save. What do I do?+
Make sure you're signed in before starting a lesson. If a completed lesson isn't marked done, contact your care team and they can update your record.
Will my care team see my progress?+
Yes. Your surgical team can see how far you've gotten in each course, so there's no need to send updates yourself.
Can a family member or caregiver help me?+
Yes. Many patients go through the program together with a spouse, family member, or caregiver, especially the nutrition planning material.
Who do I contact with medical questions?+
The portal covers general education, so for anything specific to your health or procedure, reach out to your care team directly.
What if I need to reschedule my surgery?+
Your progress stays saved either way. If your date changes, your care team will let you know if anything needs another look before the new date.
