Do I have to finish before my surgery date?
Yes — both courses are required by your surgical team. Your care coordinator will confirm your deadline. Most patients complete both in 4–5 hours across a few sessions.
Can I use my phone or tablet?
Yes. The portal works on any device and your progress saves automatically when you sign out and return.
I completed a lesson but my progress didn't save. What do I do?
Try signing out and back in. If the issue continues, contact the office so an admin can review your progress and apply a correction if needed.
